We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make the appointment, we ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancelation fee. If you cancel within 24 HOURS, you will be charged 50% of the service. If you cancel within 12 HOURS or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service. *** Debit/ Credit card is required on file when booking. Please note that your credit card information will be securely stored in the system until the conclusion of your appointment. We will not charge your card unless you violate our cancellation policy. *** Refunds policy: We DO NOT offer refunds on the service.
